The association features 16 members and the site includes a printable map, descriptions of the member galleries and links to their respective web sites. According to Portland life-style blogger, David Dearborn, "This might seem like a little thing, but it's what some of us have been impatiently awaiting for many years. We finally have enough excellent galleries to comprise an "A List" and we finally have a group dedicated enough to tell that to everyone in Portland. In fact, with their new web site, they're telling everyone in Portland, in Maine and in the rest of the world. Maine is a world-class destination for food, culture and humanity. This simple web site is a great addition to making Portland a better, more accessible, place."
